Fresh and delicate, with red fruit — wild raspberry, sour cherry and pomegranate — dry violet, scrubland and soft spices. A slightly balsamic background with barely perceptible oak.

TASTE

Silky and airy, with a fine structure and vibrant acidity that sustains a long, mineral and persistent finish. Freshness and elegance prevail over power.
